After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.

Note: Depending on the financial institution, it may take longer for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the item you received for another, please contact us using the same returns email. We will help you verify the availability of the desired product. Additional shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated.
